Jessica Williams
Welcome, Jessica Williams, our May April PWC speaker! Jessica was born and raised in Oshkosh, WI. She obtained an Arts degree in Professional Communications from Alverno College in Milwaukee.
Jessica started her career at the Wisconsin Challenge Academy, located in Fort McCoy, as an Admissions Counselor. She decided to enlist in the Army Reserves, serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Solider within the career fields of 42A Human Resources, F5 Postal Operations, and 79V Career Counselor. Following her service, Jessica serviced as Wisconsin's Job Connection Education Program Manager in partnership with the National Guard Wisconsin Employment Resources Connections program.
Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of human resources, leadership development, team building, and employment related services. Jessica has a unique skillset in veteran employment, post-secondary education, and entrepreneurship. Assisting with review, analysis, and recommendations to the Nonprofit and Entrepreneurship Grants process to best provide veterans and the public entrepreneurship classes, business plan development, and financial donations for business start ups.
In addition to her experience, Jessica is not exploring a new career path by starting her own business Whimsical Celebrations LLC. She is passionate about creating memorable experiences for her clients and is excited to bring her knowledge and creativity into her new venture.
