Did you know that 56% of college grads are women... but only 23% of C-Suite Executives are filled by women? During the presentation, Jess will share how the region is working collaboratively to engage female thought leaders of all backgrounds and experiences and, ultimately, lift up the entire community!



Jess Lambrecht, she/her/hers, serves as the Executive Officer for Division of Continuing Education & Community Engagement at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She has been with the organization since December 2021 and has been in higher education and business development for 20 years. She is focused on supporting business and organizational needs and ensuring accessibility of learning during an individual’s lifespan. She is active in driving the support for female leaders through the Institute for Women’s Leadership program. Overall, the division serves more than 90,000 participants through certificates, trainings, seminars, membership offerings, and youth program partnerships. Jess also oversees the Career Services department to help connect developing talent to organizations during internships, co-ops, and employment. With enrollment surpassing 10,000 students, we want to ensure equitable opportunity for all students. Through these programs, Jess helps to strengthen the skills and qualifications of members in the community based on the changing needs of the region.
