Her Life Coaching practices helps individuals through transitions in their life, with a specific focus on Work-Life integration. She helps busy people, feeling overwhelmed, overworked and stressed simplify life to find joy in the everyday doing.

In addition, she is a public speaker, co-author and Women’s health advocate. She has had the honor of speaking at the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, multiple social media events and podcasts, advocating for Women’s health and wellness. Here is just a glimpse of her story and how she got to where she is today.

I was caught in the quicksand of a “too busy” life. Yes, we live in a hectic world full of work and family life. We juggle responsibilities on a daily basis. The “too busy” life felt heavy and exhausting.

In truth, I had made it. I had the career, the partner, the family I had pictured as a young
child. Yet, I kept hearing that voice in my head and my heart. It was quiet at first, but when I was alone, and still, even if just for a few moments, I would hear it. What if there’s more? What if I want to do something different?

I was running in the proverbial quicksand that most of us have found ourselves in at one time or another.  As a mother, wife and physician, I was caught in the quicksand and did not see any way out of it. Fortunately, I found life coaching, which allowed me to recognize my authentic and essential self. I collaborate with my clients to help them challenge the obstacles in their lives and follow their essential self. Whether this through transition, staying the course or pivoting, I am a firm believer, that joy in the everyday is key to happiness.

Whether it’s becoming a new parent, starting a new career, changing careers, or finding wellness and peace, I work to help individuals find clarity and focus, to uncover and achieve their goals.
