My journey with wellness began in 2015 when I couldn’t stand or sit for more than two hours. I was overworked, stressed out, imbalanced, and in pain! After getting no relief from pain medication, I decided it was time for change. I learned about and tried a 30-day plant-based diet that changed my life. I then ventured into intermittent fasting, eating organic foods, juicing fresh vegetables, exercising, and growing my spiritual life. That is, I finally started taking care of myself!
In addition to feeling great, I lost 20 pounds and kept them off! Today, I continue to practice the same things because they help me feel at my best! This is my new lifestyle.
My passion for coaching was born from overcoming my own struggles. It inspired me to become a Wellness Coach to help others learn to cope with stress and lead a healthy and balanced life.
I'm a bilingual, Health and Wellness Coach, certified by the Mayo Clinic. I also hold certificates in Food, Nutrition, and Health, Weight Loss and Management, Meal Planning and Preparation, and Global Healing Systems.
