Please join us for our monthly meeting in May for a presentation from Loni Meiborg and a "True Colors" personality test.



About the speaker:
In early 2013, Loni Meiborg entered the financial industry as Fortifi Bank’s first marketing professional. With a background in hospitality, tourism, manufacturing, and retail, Meiborg set out to develop the 137-year-old bank’s brand and enter the digital era.

Since then, she has developed and executed a rebrand, including renaming the bank, developed a digital marketing strategy, with an entrance into social media and automated marketing, and redeveloped the website featuring a vast content marketing blog.

Now known as Fortifi Bank, Meiborg has recently transitioned to the Director of Organizational Development and is responsible for the end-to-end brand experience.  This role allows her to connect the bank’s culture, employee experience, and mission with the delivery of their brand promise and a unique client experience across all channels.

As a certified True Colors facilitator, Meiborg can help you better understand yourself, understand others, and value the differences.  This temperament theory is used in businesses large and small to bridge communication gaps, build trust, and navigate conflict.

Fortifi Bank is a $600MM asset community bank with 9 locations throughout Wisconsin. They are Growin’ Wisconsin — one person, one business, one relationship at time.
