Anchor of Hope is a free community pregnancy and sexual health clinic located at 703 N 9th Street. We provide free medical services and parenting support community residents. Our programs are designed to serve pregnant women as well as families with children up to the approximate age of 2.
Anchor of Hope opened in 2015 as New Hope Pregnancy Center and now operate under our trade name of Anchor of Hope. The addition of services for men prompted our rebranding and name change. In 2019, 25% of clients served were male.
Our licensed medical staff provides pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STD testing and treatment, abortion pill reversal, and post abortion visits. We are in the process of adding fertility education and medical management (FEMM) as well as expanding youth sexual risk avoidance education opportunities (SRA).
Our parent support services include parenting classes, material support, mentoring, community referrals, and more. We offer 300-400 different lesson topics for parents to choose from on topics ranging from prenatal care and parenting to life skills and healthy relationships.
