With an in-born purpose to connect and inspire, Courtney ignites the power of people
through their leadership. Together with her husband Chris, they founded Booth
Leadership, an organization with a proven strategy for developing leaders who live more passionately and lead with great clarity, skill and focus. Certified with the John Maxwell Team, Leader to Leader Network and Dale Carnegie graduate program, Courtney started out her career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she studied agricultural journalism. After graduation, Courtney was selected and lead as
Wisconsin's premier agricultural spokesperson- the 50th Alice in Dairyland and
Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs. 

Throughout the past 21 years she has experience in corporate marketing and
advertising sales, community-focused leadership and professional coaching.  Courtney
and her husband Chris, a large animal veterinarian, are happily married for 21 years
and are raising their four children on their small, family farm in northeast Wisconsin. 
Her family’s passions include exhibiting elite Red and White Holstein dairy cattle,
volunteering with 4-H programs, coaching youth sports and living out their faith daily.


 
For at least the next 3 meetings, PWC will be offering both a ZOOM option and an in-person option. This will give our members full access to use their membership however they feel most comfortable! Only active members will have the option to select the Zoom meeting. Once you are signed up to attend via Zoom we will send you the log-in information the morning of the meeting.
