Oshkosh Professional Women’s Connection (PWC) has established a scholarship fund for women working and/or living in the Oshkosh area. The Oshkosh PWC Advancement Scholarship is designed to help local women gain a professional advantage or achieve personal development through higher education, certification, licensing, training, or wellness.

This scholarship will be awarded annually to a female applicant who is pursuing a professional or personal development or educational pursuit. We hope to award between $300-500 annually based on fund availability, needs, and interest.

In order to qualify for funds, you must:

• Live and/or work in the Oshkosh, Wisconsin area.
• Intend to pursue or be in active pursuit of further education or professional development focused on your chosen career path or personal development to enhance yourself.
• Demonstrate active involvement and leadership within the community.
• Application form  to submit.
  
• Request a professional letter of recommendation be submitted on your behalf.

• Applicants may be a member of Oshkosh PWC or any affiliated local chapter, but membership in the organization does not stand as a determining factor in scholarship awards.
• Applicants may be a current or past PWC board member, but no current year applicants will be on the selection committee.
• All application materials must be received by January 31.

If chosen as a scholarship recipient, you will be notified by email and postal mail. You are required to provide proof of enrollment or an invoice and the address to which the funds should be sent. We will send scholarship funds, on your behalf, to your educational or training institution directly. You will also be required to provide the date that your training will be complete so that we can schedule you to come give a brief talk to our group at one of our monthly meetings and report on your training experience.
