Seasonal Uplift: Women's Mental Health with Dr. Courtney Pohlman
Winter can be tough—shorter days, fuller plates, and energy that doesn’t always keep up. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Dr. Courtney Pohlman (PhD, LMFT) from Samaritan Counseling for a special Seasonal Uplift session!
Dr. Pohlman will guide us through practical ways to support our mental wellness during the winter months, offering insight, encouragement, and tools we can actually use—no matter where we are in our careers or lives.
This session is a reminder that caring for our mental health isn’t a luxury—it’s essential, especially in more challenging seasons. We hope you’ll join us for a conversation that’s honest, supportive, and uplifting.
