Oshkosh Chapter - Lead Where You Live

About the Speaker: Trina Woldt serves as Director of Leadership Oshkosh through the Oshkosh Chamber.

Trina has been the Director of Leadership Oshkosh since May, 2022. Prior to this role, she had a long career in marketing, communications, and advertising spanning from recording and production companies to 20 years in leadership roles for advertising agencies FCB Global and Dentsu MB Chicago. Trina also held corporate leadership marketing roles as the Director of Marketing at American Girl and Chief Marketing Officer at Jewelers Mutual Insurance.

Through her entire career she has been involved in leadership training both for herself and in developing her team members.  Efforts include community leadership via volunteering time, serving on non-profit boards and fundraising. Currently, Trina is the President of the Paine Art Center and Gardens board.

Her community service work has been both on a local and global level. Trina incorporated social responsibility into her corporate career early on. Most notably, she was recognized in 2017 as a finalist for the U.S. Chief Marketing Officer award for Social Responsibility and received the 2010 United States President’s Volunteer Service Award for her dedicated service to UNICEF.

Trina and her husband permanently relocated back to Oshkosh in 2013 and is a Leadership Oshkosh Graduate of the Class of 2014- the best class ever!
